Erin is a Senior Consultant with HPG Recruiting, where she partners with healthcare organizations to identify and recruit exceptional leaders. She brings a diverse background in executive recruitment, career coaching, talent development, marketing and business development, and project management. Erin focuses on a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach with the goal to understand both the professional experience and personal qualities that contribute to a successful long-term placement.

Before joining HPG, Erin spent more than 16 years with Crawford Career Consulting Corporation, helping professionals navigate career transitions, recognize their strengths, and pursue meaningful opportunities.

Erin earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, where she was also a member of Alpha Kappa Delta, the international sociology honor society.

When she is not recruiting healthcare leaders, Erin is usually coaching Little League, spending time with her family, or trying to keep her dog from destroying the house. Her name is Penny, unless it’s Pennywise.
