The idea that our company is celebrating its 25th year in business is a thought that felt obvious to me from the beginning but also surprises me every day.
Leaving my role as Vice President and Partner at a prominent healthcare executive search firm after eleven years was a significant career shift. Unsure if my long-standing client relationships would endure, I took a leap of faith, hoping that they would remain strong. To my delight, not only did they stay loyal, but they also offered invaluable support as HPG began to grow.
Starting with an office in California, HPG quickly found its footing–we were off and running. I brought on a skilled assistant who was instrumental in overcoming the initial challenges of building from the ground up. We received enthusiastic support from loyal clients across several states, which was crucial as HPG evolved into one of the leading boutique healthcare executive search firms. As we expanded, we recruited new team members and opened additional offices.

We’re now focusing on developing new strategies to enhance our clients’ recruitment efforts. While the past 25 years have been marked by many achievements, we know the best is yet to come.
