Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries provide neonatal, maternal-fetal, and other pediatric subspecialty physician services primarily in the United States and Puerto Rico.

The Director of Operations will be based in Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ and will provide operational support to outpatient based practices in these markets. The Director will be responsible for accomplishing business, patient care, and community service goals; achieving operating and financial objectives; supporting the maintenance of quality care; maintaining the organization’s ongoing financial viability; adapting the organization to clinical, economic, technologic and regulatory changes; and responding to the needs of the Pediatrix Medical Group employees, patients, physicians, joint venture partners, contracting providers and payors. The Director of Operations will report to the Regional Vice President, Operations, of the Pacific Region.
