The Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) is a 150-bed, Joint Commission accredited and Magnet designated non-profit health organization that is owned and managed by The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) and Southcentral Foundation (SCF). The Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) provides a full range of medical specialties and services with more than 250 Board-certified physicians and over 700 nurses on staff. The new Cancer Service Line Director will develop and manage a matrix program across the organization with system responsibility. He/she will be responsible for the implementation and evaluation of the service line to meet the needs of patients, customer-owners, families, care partners, referring physicians, payers, research and clinical trials partners. In addition, the Director will work closely with the regional hospitals and village clinics in the Anchorage Service Unit and the surrounding regions that comprise the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC).
