Under the general direction of the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for developing and managing activities related to Plant Operations, Plant Maintenance directly for 3 hospitals within a larger health system.  The individual will be required to lead teams, committees, sub-committees to achieve a safe and effective environment for hospitals.  He/she will coordinate and maximize vendor provider services working collaboratively with managers to ensure economics of scale and continuity of market services.

Five years of supervisory/management experience.  Supervisory/management experience preferably in hospital engineering.

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
