Under the general direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Case Management is responsible for the ongoing development, formalization and administration of the inpatient and ambulatory case management program at 3 hospitals within a larger health system.  This nursing leader position manages case management staff productivity, personnel issues, performance and ensures that high quality case and utilization management services are provided. Additionally, this position is accountable for objectively relating outcome measures to support ongoing performance improvement and clinical efficiency activities for established and future clinical, functional, financial, customer satisfaction, and service standards of the hospital case management program.

Five years of relevant experience in case management and utilization review with at least two years related supervisor/management

BSN required. Master’s Degree in a health related field preferred.

RN license from State Nursing Board required.
